Property Description

This mountain contemporary Martis Camp home is complemented by a rare mountain classic: a stream that doubles as its boundary line. It’s a sight (and sound) consumed by a wraparound porch with views of Lookout Mountain from one stretch of patio to the Carson Range and Martis Valley from another, complemented by a firepit that makes sunsets and stargazing sessions with the kids something to remember. This 4,161-square-foot home’s kitchen has an abundance of storage as well as a commanding view of the great room and its artistic fireplace that’s both functional and fashionable. The home is attractively arranged into three levels accommodating 5 beds, 5.5 baths, 5 patios/decks and a stunning media room with its own observation deck and firepit. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac a very short walk to the Springs Pavilion and Tennis Pavilion and a short drive to the ski hill, Martis Camp Express Chairlift and Lookout Lodge, this home’s interior features are as impressive as the structure itself. Kitchen appliances include Wolf, Sub-Zero and Bosch and floors are a creatively mixed pattern of reclaimed oak plank. There’s a private hot tub patio with outside shower, bar with refrigerator and beer tap, butler's pantry with Sub-Zero wine storage, a large walk-in pantry, controlled lighting systems, office space and two full master suites, one with a steam shower. All this and more located in a community Forbes calls “Possibly the best four-season private community in the U.S."
